Q: How long will my photography session last?

A: Photo shoots can last anywhere from 1-4 hours, depending on the session type.  Individual and Children sessions are close to 1 hour, whereas senior portraits and engagement sessions last longer, dependent upon the number of outfit changes and locations requested.

Q: How many image proofs will I receive?

A: This depends on the type of session, but typically in the 15-50 range (apart from weddings).  Individual and Children sessions are usually around 15-25, while Families, Engagements & Senior Portraits are closer to the 30-50 range.  The average person uses around 6 images for giving to friends & family and displaying in their home; this range provides you with a wide variety without being overwhelming when deciding which to use.

Q: What is included in my portrait session fee?

A: All sessions cost a flat fee that includes the session, creative & editing fees, a private password protected online gallery for viewing, ordering & sharing and a digital disc.  The disc provides you with watermarked versions of every image for online use, such as: e-mail, social media etc. (see "Pricing" link above for hire rates). Non-Watermarked prints and other products may be ordered directly from this website.

Q: When are appointments available?

A: All sessions are booked by appointment only; therefore, weekends and evenings are available for your convenience.

Q: What print sizes are available?

A: Portrait print sizes are available in standard and square sizes.  Standard sizes include: wallets, 3.5x5, 4x6, 5x7, 8x10, 11x14, 16x20, 20x24, 20x30 and 30x40.  Square sizes include: 5x5, 8x8, 10x10, 12x12, 14x14, 16x16, 20x20, 30x30 and 40x40. 

Q: What is the difference between Lustre and Metallic photo paper?

A: Luster paper is printed on the highest quality lustre paper from Kodak. Each print is guaranteed to last a lifetime.

Q: What other products are available?

A: Bevel Mounts: Provide an elegant alternative to traditional photo mounting. This heavy weight board has a beveled edge that is painted and is substantial enough to stand on its own, making it an ideal fit for any room decor. It is also suitable for framing (available in black, silver and gold).

Standout Mounts: The Standout Mount is made with a print mounted on a thick, lightweight backing that gives a contemporary, finished look to unframed images. Each Standout Mount is delivered display-ready with the hanging hardware already attached (available in black and white).

Magnets: Prints are mounted on a thin, pliable magnetic sheet. It's perfect for sticking on the kitchen refrigerator, lockers or any other magnetic surface.
